How do I create an AXS Account?
Creating an AXS account
There are a few options for creating and setting up an AXS account for easy access and ease of use. It is recommended to have the AXS app installed on your device as this will contact your unique QR code that is used for access to venues.
When you register for an AXS profile, you can do this without having to purchase a ticket. You can choose to be kept up to date with any of our event communications that are sent to our customers.
Or you can register at the time of a ticket purchase.

The AXS App is available for iOS and Android. Get it in the Apple App Store or on Google Play.

- Go to www.axs.com/au on your web browser.
- Click on Sign In
- Select the "Create Account" tab
How to Register
You will need:
- A valid email address.
- Mobile device connected to an active service.
You will be required to complete a multi-factor authorisation process to verify that you are not a robot.
Logging In
To login to the app, be sure to use the same email you used when purchasing your tickets (the same email address your confirmation email was sent to) or you may not see your tickets!
