I haven’t received my Email Validation link. What do I do?

Occasionally, our emails may end up in your spam or junk folder. Please check your spam and junk folders for an email from noreply@axs.com.

If you still don’t have an email from us at the above email address, please add noreply@axs.com to your contacts and request the email to be sent again.

Please also make sure if you are using a VPN, that it is disconnected before requesting the email to be sent.

Please note: The aforementioned email address is only used for outbound notifications and cannot receive inbound emails.
