How do I purchase Accessible tickets?

Accessible Seating Request

To process the booking, we will require the following details: 

  • Patron details - Full name, contact number, email, postal address
  • Event details (Date - Location / Venue - Artist / Event)
  • Requirements for the number of tickets (e.g. 1 x Wheelchair + Companion or 2 x Accessible Seats)
  • AU Customers only - Copy of the government issued Companion Card to be emailed through (If applicable)

An AXS Customer Support representative will process your request and confirm via email to arrange your purchase. A payment link will be sent to finalise the request and a confirmation email will be provided.

IMPORTANT NOTE: AXS Australia New Zealand will never ask you to send credit card details via email.
