How to buy a Ticket
Once you are logged in, from your Dashboard navigate to "Your Account"
- Select your offer if it’s visible, scroll offers using the appropriate arrows, or click “See All” to see all of the offers available to you.
- Once you have found the offer you would like to purchase, select “Get Tickets”
- Selecting “Get Tickets” will direct you into the purchase flow of the offer.
- There you will select however many tickets you need to purchase by choosing the Price Code relative to the ticket you are purchasing. Each price code is tied to a specific Allocation/Membership. Select “Next” when you are ready to proceed.
- Once you have selected your Price Codes, you will select your Price Level, proceed by selecting “Continue”.
- Method of Delivery will be E-Ticket and available in your account to print.
- Confirm tickets are assigned correctly to your friends and select “Continue”.
- Follow the prompts to make a payment via credit or debit card.
- You will receive a Confirmation Email with details of your order.
- If you would like to print your tickets, you may click ‘Print Tickets’, underneath the upcoming tickets row. Your can be downloaded or printed for ease of use.

- Make sure to turn off any VPN service on your device as it may be blocking access to our website.
- Try logging into the AXS website - not just the app.
- Try using your mobile data on your phone.
- Try deleting and re-downloading the app, as you may not have the latest version.
- Try logging in with a new device, such as a laptop.
- Try logging in from a personal device as opposed to a work device if you are using one.
- Empty your cache and cookies.
