Transferring Tickets to a Friend
Once you are logged in, from your Dashboard navigate to "Your Account"
- Click on "+ Friends"
- Enter your friend(s) email address and select 'Send Invite'
- Your Friend(s) will then receive an automated email to confirm and accept the invitation.
- Once sent, head to your “Dashboard” tab. You can either select your offer (event) if it’s visible, scroll offers using the appropriate arrows, or click “See All” to see all of the offers available to you.
- Once your event is selected, allocate your total ticket amount (for the group), and select “Continue”. You can now assign tickets to your Friend(s). Tickets cannot exceed Total Allocations across the Friend(s) in your grouping.
Please note: You are only responsible for paying for the tickets that are assigned to you and not the entire group. - Confirm tickets are assigned correctly to your friend(s) and select “Continue”.
- Follow the prompts to make a payment via credit or debit card.
- You will receive a Confirmation Email with details of your order.
- Friend(s) will receive an email from AXS with a payment invitation to pay for the seats you have reserved for them. They will have 2 Days to pay for the seats before they are released and made available to other members.

Here are some troubleshooting steps to try:
- Make sure to turn off any VPN service on your device as it may be blocking access to our website.
- Try logging into the AXS website - not just the app.
- Try using your mobile data on your phone.
- Try deleting and re-downloading the app, as you may not have the latest version.
- Try logging in with a new device, such as a laptop.
- Try logging in from a personal device as opposed to a work device if you are using one.
- Empty your cache and cookies.
