If your bin has not been collected let Council know.
Report a missed bin online
Once the online form has been filled out, Council will organise a collection. Please keep your bins out, so the bins can be collected.
Alternatively, call Customer Service on 9911 9911.
Why was my bin missed?
Possible explanations for missed collections:
- The bin was put out too late
- The bin is too heavy.
- The driver did not see the bin because of an obstruction.
