How can I check the status of a trade?

To track the status of a trade that hasn't settled on HUB24, you can use the "Open/Pending Orders" tab within the platform. From there, you can modify, authorise, or cancel orders that haven't been placed in the market. Additionally, you can track the status of your internal transfer requests through the internal transfer screen, which allows you to see reasons for any delays. You can access this screen by navigating to "Accounts > Manage Account > Internal Account Transitions" on AdviserHUB. Hub24 also provides a service centre where you can search for answers, submit requests, and track their progress to resolution.
