Bin Replacement Process

  1. Capture the following customer details:
    1. Full Name
      "Can I please have your full name for the request?"
    2. Mobile Number
      "What’s the best mobile number to contact you on for updates?"
    3. Address for Bin Replacement
      "Can you please confirm the address where the bin needs to be replaced?"
    4. Bin Type(s) Needing Replacement
      "Which bin or bins need replacing? The options are:
      1. General Waste
      2. Recycling
      3. Food and Organics
    5. Additional Notes
      "Is there anything else we should know — for example, if the bin is missing after a storm or there are access issues?"
  2. Launch the Task Assistant Workflow
    1. Once you have captured all details, open the Initiate Bin Replacement workflow from the Copilot panel. This will guide you through submitting the request and automatically log it with the waste services team.
