Can I change the date of my visit?

Yes you can!

Follow the below steps to do this independently:

Go to the Tickets page
Select Buy Now under Day Ticket and you will be presented with our operating calendar
Click on the menu bar with three lines in the top left corner
Click on Order Lookup
Enter the email address & the phone number used during the purchase process.
This will bring up your order and allow you to amend any dates you wish.
