How do I update my payment details?

If you would like to update your credit/debit card details used for your Smart Pay payment plan, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Swans Account and select My Membership > Update Payment Details
  2. Under 'Payment Method' select 'Edit/Add' and save your new card details
  3. Select 'Make a Payment'
  4. Enter your CVV and select 'Pay Now'
