Can I cancel my Click and Collect order?
Yes, if you change your mind, you can request to cancel your Click and Collect order as long as it hasn't been collected. You can do this by following the 'need to cancel' link in your emails.
Once we have received your cancel request, we will send you another email to let you know if your items have been cancelled. Some items may not be eligible for cancellation through the 'need to cancel' link in your emails. This may include items that have been cancelled, or items that are being sourced from a different store and are already in transit.
To change what’s in your order you will need to do it in store and this is explained in the returns policy below.
If you cancel your order before it is collected, you will receive a full refund.
Please note that in such a case any Ship to Store fee or Oversized click and Collect fee will not be refunded.
