Paternity Leave

Objective:
Our company recognizes the importance of family and the special time needed for parents to bond with their newborn child. We offer paternity leave to support our employees during this significant life event.

Eligibility:
All full-time employees who have completed at least six months of continuous service with the company are eligible for paternity leave.

Duration:
