Who is paying a claim?
ALI Group’s current My Protection Plan product is issued by Zurich Australia Limited who is responsible for paying claims relating to those policies.
For more details please refer to page 22 of the Product Disclosure Statement and Policy Document.
Existing policies may have been issued by other insurers. Claims payments are the responsibility of the insurer. Please contact us on 1800 006 776 for more information if your policy was issued before 5 April 2021.
