Ordering Nutrients from Your Farm Map in MyBallance

1. Log In

• Go to myballance.co.nz and log into your account.

2. Start a New Order

• From the left-hand menu, select “Order”.

• Choose “Single Product” to begin your order.

💡 Top Tip:
You can also:

• Order directly from a fertiliser recommendation, or

• Create a custom mix if needed.

3. Select Product

• Choose the fertiliser product you wish to order.

4. Calculate Using the Map

• Select “Calculate Using Map”.

• Choose the relevant blocks (paddock groups) on the map.

• Click Continue.

5. Set Application Details

• Enter your spread rate (kg/ha).

• The system will automatically calculate the total product quantity needed.

6. Add to Order

• Click “Add to Order” to confirm product and quantity.

7. Enter Delivery Information

• Choose:

  • Delivery Date

  • Carrier

  • Spreader

💡 Top Tip:
If your preferred spreader isn’t listed, you can search for additional spreaders and add the one you need.

8. Choose Paddocks for Spreading

• On the map, select the paddocks where the product will be spread.

• Click Continue.

9. Set Confirmation Preferences

• Select who should receive the email confirmation.

• Enter:

  • Spread Date

  • Tonnage for Pickup

Click Continue to proceed.

10. Review & Submit

• Double-check your order summary.

• Click Submit to place the order.
