Viewing Nutrient Reports in MyBallance

🟢 Step 1: Log In

• Go to myballance.co.nz and log into your account.

📁 Step 2: Access My Reports

• From the left-hand menu, select “My Reports”.

• You’ll find all your available reports organised by category.

📅 Annual Summary Report

• Click on the Annual Summary to view:

  • Tonnes of fertiliser purchased

  • Breakdown by property

  • Per financial year

💡 Top Tip: Use the filter tool to refine results by:

• Product type

• Property

• Year

🚚 View Dispatches

• See where, when, and how your products were dispatched.

• This helps you track product use and plan for the next season.

💳 Transaction Records

• View a full log of your transactions, including:

  • Order numbers

  • Product details

  • Costs

• Download a PDF copy for your records.

💡 Top Tip:
Use the “Reorder” button to quickly place another order using the same details as before.

📈 Stats NZ Production Survey

• Look for the handy link under reports to assist with the Stats NZ Agricultural Production Survey.

• MyBallance will remind you when it's time to submit.
