How to Create a Portal Account
Creating a Kookaburra City Council portal account allows you to manage your rates, submit service requests, and receive council updates — all in one place.
✅ Follow These Steps to Register

Go to the Portal Homepage
Visit my.kookaburra.nsw.gov.au and click the “Register” button at the top right corner. -
Enter Your Details
Fill in your:-
Full name

Email address
-
Mobile number
-
Create a secure password
(Password must be at least 8 characters and include a number or symbol.)

Verify Your Email
You’ll receive a verification link via email. Click the link to activate your account.
Didn’t get the email? Check your spam folder or search for emails from noreply@kookaburra.nsw.gov.au. -
Log In to Your Account
Once verified, return to the portal and log in using your email and password. -
Link Your Property or Rates Account (Optional)
If you’d like to manage your property or view rates:-
Go to My Properties > Add Property

Enter your Assessment Number (found on your rates notice) and property address

Owns a property in Kookaburra City

Manages a property or is authorised by the owner

Is a resident or tenant accessing council services
