Tracking your order

Standard Delivery
Please allow one business day from completion of your order for picking and packing, from then your order will be passed onto our delivery carrier and become trackable.
Use the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email or text (if you have selected to receive text message alerts at checkout). If you have an account with us, you can also log in and see the details for your order.


If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your junk/spam folder first.
When your items have been sent, you’ll receive a parcel picked up message containing a tracking ID number and link. You may receive several shipping confirmation messages to track your order - if your items must be sourced from multiple dedicated fulfilment locations or delivered by multiple carriers.


Your account – If you have an account, simply sign in and go to the ‘Your Account’ section to see updates on all your orders.


Oversized Delivery – For most oversized deliveries, tracking will not be available online and the delivery company will contact you directly to arrange an appropriate delivery time within 2-5 Business days. This is to ensure you are prepared to receive the goods at the door on the day they deliver. The rest of the oversized deliveries will follow the same tracking update as the Standard Delivery process above.
