Delayed delivery

Our delivery partners and The Warehouse strive to ensure on-time delivery, we may have instances when packages may be delivered past the estimated date. This could happen due to delivery delays caused by: weather slowing vehicles (Vans, trucks, ferries, planes) and delivery routes down, road closures, misplaced or misdirected goods, split orders dispatched from multiple stores, mass delivery network volume (public holidays, peak sales periods, NZ based events).

Delivery Timeframes
Check that your order has exceeded the expected delivery timeframes starting from when you placed and paid for your online order. We are not able to advise the specific time or day it would be delivered in the timeframes below.

Standard Delivery  Metropolitan Delivery  Rural Delivery  Outer Island Delivery
Timeframe  2-4 Business Days   3-7 Business Days  3-7 Business Days

Oversized Delivery   Metropolitan Delivery  Rural Delivery  Outer Island Delivery

If it has passed the timeframe expected, you have the options below as your next steps:

  2. You can also check this via your account, simply sign in  and go to the ‘Your Account’ section to see updates on all your orders.
  3. You can contact our Delivery carriers directly with your tracking details. They will be able to give you the most up-to-date delivery expectation.
  4. Contact us and we can find out from the delivery partner the expected delivery range. If any further issues arise we can advise.

Our delivery partners will be able to update you if delivery has been attempted, some delay details (weather events, road closures, delayed ferry sailings etc) or if advise on some mistakes that have been made like if the goods were misdirected or damaged in transit.

If they can't locate the delivery, they will contact us to advise and we will follow up with you.
