How to Reset Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password or need to reset it for security reasons, follow the steps below to reset your Kookaburra City Council portal login.
✅ Step-by-Step Instructions

Go to the Portal Login Page
Visit my.kookaburra.nsw.gov.au and click “Login” at the top right corner. -
Click “Forgot Password?”
On the login screen, click the “Forgot your password?” link below the login fields. -
Enter Your Email Address
Type in the email address associated with your portal account, then click Submit. -
Check Your Email
You will receive an email from noreply@kookaburra.nsw.gov.au with a link to reset your password. The link is valid for 30 minutes. -
Set a New Password
Follow the link and enter a new password that meets the following criteria:-
Minimum of 8 characters

Includes at least one number

Includes one uppercase letter

Includes one special character (e.g.
!@#$%
)

Log In
After resetting your password, return to the portal and log in with your new credentials.
