Paying your council rates online is the fastest and easiest way to stay up to date with your payments. You can use a credit card, BPAY, or direct debit through the secure eRates portal.

Go to the eRates Portal
Visit my.kookaburra.nsw.gov.au and click “Pay My Rates” from the homepage or navigation bar. -
Enter Your Details

Enter your Rates Assessment Number (found on your rates notice)

Confirm your property address

Review Outstanding Amount
Your current balance and due date will be displayed. -
Choose Payment Method

Credit Card: Visa or MasterCard (1% processing fee applies)

Follow the on-screen prompts. A confirmation screen and email receipt will be provided after payment.
